Founded in 1996, Seevia Consulting is an IT services
provider offering three types of services: business consulting services,
technology integration services and IT infrastructure management services
(including IT support outsourcing, data and applications hosting,
application life-cycle management), to a customer base made of key
accounts in the financial services, distribution, manufacturing and
telecom industries.
The recent merger in September 2005 with ITS Group (www.itsgroup.fr) a successful
IT services provider whose characteristics are fully complementary to Seevia’s
ones has led to a merged entity called ITS Seevia Group with 30 M Euros sales
and listed on the Eurolist market of the Paris stock exchange.
