Asset Value Management SA was founded in 1995 in Paris by Claude Breuil.

   Born as a "Management Company“, Asset Value Management SA provides strategic management services (the management team takes over directorships too), to a large portfolio of companies operating in the real-estate and the hospitality industries in France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Great Britain and the USA, all coming under Consortium de Réalisation (CDR), the defeasance structure of Crédit Lyonnais. Subsequently the company assisted CDR in divestments implementations.

   Asset Value Management SA focuses on two main activities :

- Private Equity / Corporate governance (notably as an advisor of three private equity funds).


- Strategic advisory / « business development » including financial engineering, mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures.

   Asset Value Management SA is part of the Asset Value Management Group established in Paris and Milan.

   Asset Value Management SA is an associated member of AFIC (Association Française des Investisseurs en Capital).
