At the end of 1997 Iscala SAS, an investment vehicle formed by a consortium of investors, acquired from UAP a large portfolio of real estate assets located throughout France.

    Such assets were subsequently sold on the French real estate market.

    Asset Value Management has ensured Iscala SA chairmanship since the origin until the finalization of the whole portfolio sale in 2003.
